Tom Ford is coming to Indy!
In case you haven’t heard, RevolutionEYES will soon be carrying the Tom Ford line of sunglasses. These glamorous shades can be seen on celebrities like Brad Pitt and Mariah Carey. Summer is rapidly approaching, and everyone is eager to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. However, spending too much time in the sun can cause an increase in macular degeneration, the number one cause of vision loss among older people. Macular degeneration leads to opaque deposits on the retina, which limits your vision. There are very few treatments for this condition.
Luckily, it’s easy to reduce your risk for this ailment. Just make sure that you protect your eyes when you go outside: wear a hat, or better yet, wear sunglasses. Make sure that you choose sunglasses that block at least 99% of UVB rays, and at least 95% of UVA rays. These small steps can make a big difference later on!
