2. Getting plenty of rest helps to give your eyes a break and time to refresh.
3. Exercising helps to improve your blood circulation which ensures that your eyes are getting enough oxygen.
4. Drinking 12 glasses of water a day will eliminate the puffiness that may appear around your eyes.
5. Always protect your eyes from the sun at the peak time of day. Excessive sun-rays can cause serious damage to your eyes.
